"Cloak and dagger"

Films: Hollow Man (2000)

Alias: None

Type: Man-Made

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Ah, the classic tale of the Invisible Man. But if Jack Griffin was at least a bit scrupulous, the same simply cannot be said for his spiritual successor. That being an utterly power-hungry scientist who had no business pursuing the dark realm of invisibility.

History: Sebastian Caine is the blowhard head-honcho of a team of scientists out to make a formula for the sake of invisible soldiers. Through various tests, they achieve their goal, yet Sebastian still wants to test it out on humans. He volunteers himself, and it still works. However, he becomes permanently invisible after 3 days, and grows tired of the isolation because of it. But upon using his new powers, he devolves into becoming a deadly invisible rapist and serial killer. Indeed, the power has gone to his unseen head.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After making a time bomb to blow up the facility, Sebastian is confronted by a couple of former coworkers, one of which happens to be his ex. All three end up in a tussle that ends with them dangling over the explosion from the bomb in an elevator shaft. His ex tricks him into a kiss while she disconnects the elevator cable, sending the madman to his fiery doom.

Powers/Abilities: Invisibility.

Weakness: Electricity will render his muscles and nerves visible. Also, anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Sebastian is like any invisible killer. Mainly, very scary and sociopathic. There's nothing to like about this guy. And while the CGI of him partially visible is quite dated, the fact that he’s basically a SKINNED MAN WALKING cannot be ignored.

Trivia: -This film had a rather disconnected sequel in 2006. It involved the invisibility serum actually being used on soldiers, and multiple people doing it as well. The good, the bad, and the mostly unseen, one might say.

-Every scene where Sebastian was invisible had to be shot twice so that the right effect could work.

Remember. The last Invisible Man never had creepy romantic lusts.

I take it the chimpanzees for testing are on maternity leave.

For example, they could be okay-ish sequels.

"It's not a phase, victim."

When reality ensues, take a crowbar to it.

Science can't help inner evil, sometimes.

Mortal Kombat's Meat really made his way in the world.
